Key Shipping Details

  • Order cut off: Orders submitted by 4:00 PM EDT on a business day are released to our processing team that same day.
  • Processing timeframe: 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit estimates: 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping cost: Standard delivery within the United States is provided at no additional charge on every order.

Order Handling and Shipment
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be placed in our queue for processing. Preparation and handover to the carrier takes 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but this may vary slightly during peak periods or promotional events. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, it will arrive within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and the route used by the carrier. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Free standard shipping is included on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Potential Delays
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please first review the tracking information and allow an extra 2 business days in case of minor carrier delays. If the tracking status does not update or the parcel still has not been delivered, contact us with your order number and we will investigate the shipment and assist you with next steps.

Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at support@luxevanitytub.co. Orders that are already being prepared or have shipped can no longer be canceled. In those cases, you may return the items after delivery under this policy.

Problems with Your Order
If something is wrong when your order arrives, we want to resolve it without delay:

  • Take clear photos of the product, any defect, and the packaging.
  • Email support@luxevanitytub.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the photos.
  • Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and current stock.
