After pickup by the carrier, delivery usually occurs within 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and the carrier’s route. These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.
Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Potential Delays
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking information and allow an additional 2 business days in case of minor carrier delays. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@luxevanitytub.co. Orders that are already being processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, returns can be made after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
