Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you decide to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at support@luxevanitytub.co. Orders that are already being prepared or have shipped can no longer be canceled. In those cases, you may return the items after delivery under this policy.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Standard delivery within the United States is provided at no additional charge on every order.
What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders submitted by 4:00 PM EDT on a business day are released to our processing team that same day.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Preparation and handover to the carrier takes 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but this may vary slightly during peak periods or promotional events. Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, it will arrive within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and the route used by the carrier.
