Return and Refund Policy
Overview of Returns
- Return window: You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return fees: We do not charge separate handling or restocking fees when you send an item back.
- Refund timing: Once a return is received and approved, refunds are released within 7 days.
- Postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
- All returns are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Items Eligible for Return
To be accepted, returned products must meet all of these conditions:
- They are unused and in a clean, resaleable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, inserts, and accessories are included.
- There is no damage caused by misuse, installation, impact, or improper handling.
Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are outside our return window and cannot be approved. To start the process, contact us at support@luxevanitytub.co.
How Returns Are Arranged
If you would like to send an item back, email our support team with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a short note explaining why. Photographs are very helpful if there is visible damage or a concern with appearance.
We will reply with the return address and any practical packing guidance. Please pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and choose a carrier you trust. Tracked shipping is recommended so you can follow the parcel until it reaches us. After the item arrives and passes inspection, your refund is released.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of acceptance. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our side. Your bank or card provider may require extra time to display the credit on your statement.
Exchanges
If you prefer a different size, style, or variant instead of a refund, you can request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to receive.
- Return the original product following the instructions provided by our team.
- Once the return is approved, we will send the replacement, subject to availability.
If the requested alternative is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund rather than an exchange.
Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at support@luxevanitytub.co. Orders that are already being prepared or have shipped can no longer be canceled. In those cases, you may return the items after delivery under this policy.
Problems with Your Order
If something is wrong when your order arrives, we want to resolve it without delay:
- Take clear photos of the product, any defect, and the packaging.
- Email support@luxevanitytub.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the photos.
- Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and current stock.
